Tourism & Handicaps
The "Tourism and Disability" label was created in 2001 to identify tourist facilities and sites accessible to people with disabilities, whether motor, visual, hearing, or mental. It thus meets two objectives: developing an adapted tourist offer and anticipating the legal obligation of accessibility. To be certified, a site must meet specifications and the manager must make a lasting commitment to guaranteeing adapted services and a quality welcome.
The Logis
"Les Logis" (formerly known as Logis de France) is a network of more than 3,000 hotel-restaurants in Europe, which showcases the friendly, bucolic, and unique character of its members. The classifications: by number of "chimneys" for accommodation, and by number of "cocottes" for catering.
Maître restaurateur
"Master Restaurateur" is the assurance of dealing with a proven restaurateur, either through initial training or recognized and validated experience. The second guarantee is to find in the company a menu entirely homemade, from raw products, mostly fresh. This title is a voluntary approach accessible to all professionals who meet the specifications.
Tables & Inns of France
The mission of the national label of Tables & Auberges de France is to enhance and promote, in France and abroad, the expertise of independent professionals who operate in a traditional restaurant or hotel restaurant, excluding integrated chains. The approved independent professional agrees to accept the principle of unannounced visits by representatives mandated by the Federation in order to guarantee compliance with this national label and the brand image of Tables & Auberges de France with regard to Public Authorities and consumers.
