How to access our Tourist Information System?
The Grand Ried Tourist Office is rolling out a service for its partners. Called " service provider seizure ", this device allows to independently update the information visible on the Grand Ried Tourist Office website (descriptive text, contact details, prices, equipment, holidays, etc.) using a username and password.
You can use the same access to fill out an availability table for each of your accommodations. This data can be found on the ARTGR website: www.visit.alsace (if you are classified).
For more information, you can contact:

Availability calendar
You have the possibility to enter your availability via our “LEI availability” module. To do this, we provide you with access to our interface. This system allows you to fill in your accommodation's availability calendar. The calendar is visible on our website: if you update it regularly, you'll be at the top of the list.
It is also possible to automatically retrieve the availability of the different platforms (Airbnb, Booking, Abritel, etc.) and import them into our database to avoid double entry. To do this, simply send us the ICAL link to your reservation center account.
This schedule is also visible on the regional tourism website (if you are certified).
Likewise, it is entirely possible for you to have this schedule on your own website.
When requesting a rental from the Tourist Office (by email or telephone), we give priority to accommodations with up-to-date schedules.
White mark
This is a small program that we develop with you, which is intended to display various information on your website, such as industry events and sites to visit.
This information comes from our database and is therefore regularly updated. This saves you from having to write everything in your website "block."
Example: At the Ried tulip tree
This accommodation highlights local events on its website.
