A pretty building typical of the region and products scrupulously selected from small producers, that's the recipe offered by Nicolas Laurent, assisted by his parents, Doris and Olivier.
The freshness of the fruits and vegetables from the neighboring market gardener and surrounding farms enhances the dishes.
Here, we respect the environment by valuing the products from start to finish. On the menu, renewed with the seasons and the chef's desires, a trout gravlax with citrus, sweetbreads with morels and asparagus, a beautiful rib of beef to share, game from local hunts and to finish on a sweet note, profiteroles and Madagascar vanilla ice cream.
