The Village Bistro Tour - Mobile Bar Truck

The stated goal of the Bistrot de Villages is to bring back to the Alsatian countryside the simple pleasures of eating and drinking that bars, pubs, and bistros offered in their heyday. By placing Alsatian local produce at the heart of its approach , the Bistrot de Villages promises to be part of this social, rural, and culinary union.

The BDV also aims to be an effective way to recreate social connections after these complicated times... So what better way than to get together over a drink or a delicious tarte flambée with family, friends and/or neighbors?

Uniting, sharing & savoring will thus be the key words that the Bistrot de villages will strive to convey, everywhere on the roads of Alsace!
